| Abstract | Resumo Apresentam-se os resultados preliminares do convenio firmado entre o DAEE/SP e o INPE/CNPQ, o qual visa a operacionalidade de uma metodologia de cadastramento de areas irrigadas atraves de tecnicas de sensoriamento remoto. A area de estudo compreende a Bacia do Rio Piracicaba (SP)devido a sua complexidade na utilizacao de recursos hidricos, (areas-testes de Itatiba e Iracemapolis). esta avaliacao foi feita utilizando tecnicas de processamento digital de imagens do sensor TM (Mapeador Tematico/Landsat)em 6 bandas e em duas epocas (junho e setembro).Os resultados preliminares mostram que no municipio de Iracemapolis, caracterizado pela monocultura da cana-de-acucar, as bandas mais promissoras foram a TM4 e TM7, enquanto no municipio de Itatiba, onde ha predominancia de pequenas areas olericolas, as mais promissoras foram a TM4 e TM5, bem como algumas composicoes coloridas. Discutiu-se as etapas a serem cumpridas, de modo a concluir os objetivos propostos para o presente convenio, em face dos problemas surgidos no decorrer do trabalho. Abstract Presents the preliminary results of the covenant signed between the DAEE / SP and INPE / CNPq, which aims to operation of a registration methodology of irrigated areas through remote sensing techniques. The study area comprises the Basin of Rio Piracicaba (SP) due to its complexity in the utilization of water resources, (areas-test Itatiba and Iracemapolis). this evaluation was made using techniques of digital processing TM sensor images (Thematic Mapper / Landsat) in 6 bands and two epochs (June and September) .The preliminary results show that the municipality of Iracemapolis, characterized by the monoculture of sugarcane -Sugar, the most promising bands were the TM4 and TM7, while in the municipality of Itatiba, where there is predominance of small crops in the most promising were the TM4 and TM5 and some colorful compositions. We discussed the steps to be met in order to complete the objectives proposed for the present covenant, given the problems encountered during the work. | ||||||
